12v power lead from the bike finally killed it Martin? Well possibly . But I stopped using that a long time ago (as soon as I realised it didn't charge it : . Been mostly charging from laptop. Must say the built-in battery was rather poor & only ran the thing for about 1 1/2 hours, so didn't use it much really. Anyone flogging a Quest? (Though I killed two of those, too .)

Sounds like you need to revert back to maps

Jut used mine in Menorca. Worked fine (except there are a lot of new roads not on the 675.1409 maps, so it can get a bit lost. But a pukka TomTom has the same problem).
I generally charge mine using the supplied ciggie socket lead, either in the car or on the bike.

Thanks. I didn't realise the Mio one would fit the Navigo. And it's £2 cheaper than on ebay....better in my pocket!

Does anyone else have any problems with the power supply? I have a 12v socket on the TDM, which is connected in so that it comes on when the headlights are on (there is no headlight switch being 2004 bike, so the headlights are on when the engine has started [rather than ignition only]) Anyway, start the bike and I know I've got power through the socket ok and the LED on the Navigo power supply is on, but the Navigo won't charge until I remove the plug from the Navigo and plug it back in again I tried powering through USB instead this weekend and that's perfect. Anyone else found this a problem?

Like you say USB lead works fine. Regards Dave ;D

That sounds like a partial break in the wire.
Mine charges fine from both USB and ciggy socket charger.

I'm not convinced it's a break in the wire or dodgy connection, as it's ok once I've pulled plug out and put back in after start up. I was wondering if starting the bike and the power coming on was 'tripping' it.
Prefer the USB connection anyway, it's much more solid as is the cable. plus USB cables are two a penny.

Good & solid.

Re: Charging, I find when using the supplied 12v-5v 1A car charger, the led doesn't light up immediately and can take a couple of secs to come on.
When fully charged it turns from red to green, then goes off after a while.

Hiya All, As we are al blokes and don`t do instructions , Igot Julie to read them for me , Martin !!! Do insert the equipment into the car charger after the car is started so as to prevent the instant current resulting from the immediate starting of the car from impacting and damaging the equipment. It is on page 8 so you may not have got that far ;D

Anyone know where to get a replacement cradle for the Navigo? (The plastic bit the unit sits in). Mine went bye-bye during my superman stunt.
Also a ciggy socket charger cable (plug or USB connection, either is OK)?

Hmmm..... Got me Navigo out of my topbox yesterday. Battery dead. Fair do's as I left it on standby (switched off at the top) since I last used it (Friday run up to the Lake's). Been on charge, via USB on the bike for past 24 hrs. Checked it today, LED still red, not gone to green and only 2 bars on the battery according to the software.... Put it back on charge again, via USB. Doesn't seem to want to charge using the car charger and DC plug. Wuwwying.

When charged, I left it on to flatten the battery again, so far it's been charging 24 hrs.... and not full again. Found out why the car charger didn't work. I was trying to plug into the headphone socket
