I hope he's got a flashing red light to put on top of his crash helmet or top box Will his halo not be sufficient? :-) We weren't actually planning on going through the valley of the shadow of death, but now you mention it............

As mentioned above, I will be bikeless, but about 4 miles from Abergavenny on the day in question.
If I can sneak out I might nip down just to wave you off.
(It'd probably be asking a bit too much of the owners of the holiday cottage to invite you all back for an end-of-run brew and sausage sandwich - but don't abandon the idea just yet.)

If I can sneak out I might nip down just to wave you off. Steady now, we're an attractive bunch - Gurninman did that once & soon found himself in a long-term physical relationship with another member !

So that'll be just me then chaps! It'll save waiting for the breakdown truck anyway............

I might have a neighbour tagging along on his GSX1400, but his work situation is about as unpredictable as mine, so it could be one of us, both of us, or neither of us . I'm going to be trying my bestest to get there though, never get tired of going round the dams (I must have done it about 50 times so far).

When was the Harley Day Steve? I used to be one of the 'escorts' on those days with Riders Edge a few years ago, had some very interesting runs amongst them, not least of which was spitting a load of French pillions off on the 'Bridge over the Wye', which started to move with about 20 HD's on it

(and trust me, you're better off sticking with the D9 than a harley - I rode virtually the whole range whilst at RE, and I wouldn't buy one - so I bought the Victory instead ;D)
