Just let me know when your first practise is Think it depends on the availability of the industrial ice cube maker

where and what time is the meeting up point, or is it guess work as not many cafes around wantage! Time as specified in original post . Where is altogether more vague - after I 'tested' the proposed cafe for you, the owner announced he would probably close after Christmas . But there are actually plenty of alternatives close to Wantage. (If there wasn't, wouldn't the guesswork be less ? ) Expect a definitive venue shortly .

I'll stick myself down provisionally for this, did it in 2011, but not last winter.
Let us know of start point when confirmed.

I tried the Ural out at the weekend in the wind and rain, whilst I was out the starter motor packed up, it has a kick start, but I don't seem to have the knack, the sidecar rail seems to get in the way, it was on a hill so managed to bump start it, removed the starter and the solenoid seemed stuck, it's a car type starter where the solenoid throws the starter pinion out, and connects the juice to the motor, I have it apart currently and it's corroded, it should just clean up though, so I still plan on coming on the ural, but if it fails then I am thinking of bringing the Fz6, if I do come on the ural, then I think I should be excused marking duties, maybe be back marker!

You might end up as run leader Ian, Martin is bound to want a ride in the side car

Starter motor cleaned, solenoid cleand and a smear of dialectic grease on the moving parts, replaced the starter relay, so it now starts on the button!

You might end up as run leader Ian, Martin is bound to want a ride in the side car Hmmm, well the Fazer 600 disappointed big-time this morning, coughing & spluttering to the point of being unrideable . So you might be right . Not much opportunity to look into it before the run, so I hope Ian brings a cushion for me to sit on so I see out & point directions .
