Appledurcombe left a nice friendly message on my answerphone today saying that there would be no problem with a pitch so we will stay there. Expect we'll see you in the obligatory queue at the terminal GG.

I am booked on the 08:00 Boat from Southampton so should just make the start at Ventnor.
Do we have any idea where your next village/Town you will be passing just incase we are late docking at Cowes.

Thanks from us too. - especially to Adie for organising everything. Nice to meet and have a beer with everybody. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.
Came back on the 3.30 from Fishbourne - home by 5. Bike gave a sigh of relief as the luggage and tent were lifted off!

A most entertaining weekend. I got home at 9:30pm, a bit too knackered to post then. Hope GM's seive got home OK. Thanks everyone for the company, laughs, & general entertainment. Cheers Ady for organsing the event. Thanks Terry for back-marking duties. Thanks too to all the cyclists for not being there (like last year)! 'Twas a pleasure to meet up again, & for the first time with Phil & Val. That D9 was well loaded up, I'm glad it wasn't me piloting it up some of those steep twsty bits . What a scorching day! At least I could test the vents on my Lidl jacket - definately helped a bit . I'll post my pics soon. Martin.

We got in a bit after 10.... no more coolant losses, but I'm going to replace some bits before Scotland. Nice run up the A3 (apart from the roadworks) and then Bagshot-Windsor-home. Thanks to everyone for turning up - looked at one point as if there would only be a couple of us.Nice to meet a couple of new faces too. The IOW is a glorious place one a warm sunny day... Big thanks to Martin for the lend of the sockets and Teff for holding the petrol tank And Neil for the water bottle - still have it , you can collect whenever Was a different sort of run - not so much riding, but enough to keep us happy and lots of stops to take in the sun and tend hangovers. Thanks above all to Ady for getting it sorted, must have been hard in the circumstances.
