If you look on Ebay they're on there for around £50 new. I would have thought you could just disconnect it and ride as is though, I think I did that once when I was trying to get to the bottom of an issue made very little difference to the running.

yes i ride without tps no problem but maybi its bad for bike

Don't think so it just varies the timing a bit depending on throttle opening, its probably more for exhaust emissions than anything else. If you want a new one that one is around 50 UK pounds, maybe you could get a set of cheap carbs with one on alternatively?
