Ok, so the iPod is the "default" player for the fashionable crowd.... but what if you can't stand iTunes or just want something that doesn't cost as much..... Well, check out the Sansa range.... Bought a Sansa Fuze for my daughter a while back - cracking player, but the video isn't up to much - which is the whole point of the player really as it is the next model up from the Sansa Clip Plus.... which I asked for, and got for Xmas. ;D It's brilliant! You can get them for about £40 with 8Gb memory, but the best bit is that it has a MicroSD slot for memory expansion - look out for the forthcoming 32Gb MicroSD cards Sound is awesome has an FM radio function, works with Windows Media Player, and any other such software and battery life is 15hrs. Tis diddy too - smaller than a box of matches. Highly recommended

Hi Bob
I'll answer that one for you (Neil not avail at moment as he is relaxing in the bubble spa I got him!!). It is rechargeable and should last about 15 hours fully charged, the whole unit is about the size of two AAA batteries - very tiny.
Hope you had a fab Christmas and hope to catch up with you in the New Year
Jane

LOL! Merry Christmas to you too Bob! - yes, there are still pups at Donna Nook, they'll be around til the end of January, probably into February too. If you do get one, be sure to get the newer "Clip Plus" with the MicroSD card slot......... the original "Clip" didn't have one. ;D It is indeed a sealed unit with it's own self contained battery. Charging is via the Mini-USB port - a short cable comes with the unit.

Interesting Probably the Fabia of the I Polo Pod world Was thinking of an I Pod after checking out my Mum's new one, then realised my phone does exactly the same, and never use that for music, nor my MP3 player Dave
