would this fit to my 1994 divi 600 as its a 1990 pre diversion one
and would it make a diffrence to mpg
as looking on the specs of a pre diversion xj600 they have higher hp of 72 and more mpg
what other bits were diffrent and how hard would it be to get the extra 10hp back

but it aint got better brakes Yeah, but you added the better brakes bit. Monkey's original question didn't suggest any dissatisfaction with the brakes . (No - I ain't got a pre-Divvy XJ600 to sell .)

Sorry was just being helpfull, I assumed that as divvie brakes wer'nt that good, then if you add more power then it would be a good idea to have better brakes I dont have a fazer or diversion to sell either, I just checked

The pre Divvy 600 and 900 had the same brake set up (as does the RD350YPS) and they are fine if properly serviced. I never had a problem with the single disc 600 Divvy brake once I fitted braided hoses and rebuilt the caliper.

I must agree with Padster on the Diversion single disc. My N has been solid, reliable and always more to come since I put on braided SS hoses, back and front. I'm talking of two up riding, sometimes fully loaded on camping trips. I'd admit to not calling on lifting the rear wheel when entering bends though! Bit OT monkey but you're getting input for free!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

It would be nice if they would fit, as divvy carbs as stupidly undersized for no apparent reason, and that is without doubt the biggest "restriction" to the bike making as much power as it could do. But there's zero chance, the parts are nothing alike.
