Are indicators from overseas any good?
I wanted to buy some clear LED ones but have been told that they blink faster than They should and I would need to buy individual little black boxes to regulate the speed
is this true. If so is it really worth getting and where can I get these little black boxes.
Cheers

The indicators are usually fine. LED bulbs use less power so the bike flasher unit won't work properly. You can even buy the black boxes to correct the flashing rate from Halfords. You would only need one black box.

You can put in resistors (to pull the same current as the old bulbs) and keep the original flasher or you can get an electronic flasher that works with any bulb or LED unit. Some even have adjustable flash rate.
