As the barman said to the polar bear - why the big pause?
Jester Toby fit an FZR rear wheel to his D6, if you get the right year it apparently fits straight in and gives a slightly wider rear tyre. I would say go for it. Just research if it limits your tyre choice first, I don't know if the BT45 comes in that size.

There are two easy replacement wheels, both from the FZR600: FZR600 1989-1990: 3,5"x18" (same as the Dyvvy) FRZ600 1991-1993: 4"x18" (fits the same way as the 3,5") On the 4" you could mount a 160/60RZ18 (BT020 and BT021 will fit), but I would recoment a 140 or 150. A BT45 140/70-18 would be a great choice

I may well have a go at that too, next time tyres are up I don't much approve of the big balloon tyres on the divvy, I already fitted a 110/70-17 on the front. If you can fit a shorter, wider, BT45 on the back, and those wheels go for pennies, I'm in for that Thanks Jester.
