One of the screws holding my screen in place appears to be made of warm buttery plastic and has rounded out, making removal a one-time job involving a bit of superglue. Hence, I need replacements, and the wellnuts need replaced due to age too.
Also, some of the expanding rubbers on the top fairings (the ones near the knees when I'm on the bike) are perished and need replaced.
Trouble is, eBay is full of options (notably length and size of bolt - M5/M6 etc) and I'm genuinely stuck as to what would fit.
Could some kind soul with experience of such matters point me in the direction of the ones I need?
To recap :
1) 6 x screws for screen 2) 6 x washers for screen 3) 6 x rubber wellnuts for screen 4) 4? expanding fasteners for upper fairing
Thanks in advance.

Screen screws are M5, so most of the ones on the bay should be fine. Don't bother with aluminium screws - they are shockingly soft and next to useless.Get either stainless or titanium (I got Ti ones for my Ninja for the same price as stainless due to a pricing mistake ) Not sure what you mean by expanding rubbers - will have to go look at Helga tonight

I think you could probably also use wellnuts for the bits you mean, I think if you want them out of rubber you would most likely have to get OE.
Other than that, as above is good advice. There is a special circle of hell for everyone who fits aluminium screws to a motorbike on purpose, just next to the one for those who put rounded out fittings back in.

Got a set of stainless steel bolts, washers, and wellnuts from eBay - £8 including p&p. Excellent quality, and it's quietened the vibration by quite a bit.
