ok, i appear to have a random oil leak on my divvy 6. its when i put my bike on the side stand, it seems to be dripping from the front left hand corner by the exhaust manifold. but after further consideration i think this is jsut the lowest point. i think the leak is further up on top of the block. could this be the famed breather pipe issue? althouhg i would have thought that would have been further back? any ideas guys? shes going into the garage on friday for them to look at it (still under warrantee) but im stumped as to what it could be (and i like to know whats going on with my bike). interestingly theres no drips of oil on the floor if she on the centre stand.

Could be as simple as a seep from the rocker cover, or from the oil cooler / hoses....

Check the little breather from the rocker cover to the airbox. it is a thin pipe, and ages then splits. alternatively, as above is also quite possible

Its just as likely to be the main brearther pipe. It allows steamy air from the crankcase to be sucked into the airbox. But the moisture can condense too early so for some reason oil gets sucked over. Make sure all the breathers are kept clean and are not split or squashed anywhere.
The little front rocker pipe would benefit form being bigger and I believe that if it was not allowed to get too cold the moisture would be less likely to condense. That could be solved by splitting a larger pipe and slipping it over - like a rubber hose thermal blanket (ah cute). I reckon that even if it has no beneficial effect it wont do any harm so worth a try.

And then there's always the oil that starts to seep out from beneath the sprocket cover and drip down the propstand, which often happens (or gets more noticeable) when the weather warms up. But probably not in this case if it's coming from the front of the engine.

Mine also seeps from either the head or base gasket. It's not much, so I leave it alone

I would still take a look at the air breather tubes - a good clean never hurts. The problem is worse in winter as the vented air gets chilled below its dew point. Clean pipes keep it all working properly.
