Hello all. Been working like a man possessed so sorry for not being around more.
I patched my (very) buggered RH can with a ghee tin and jubilee clips, and I have to say for a "make-do-and-mend" job it's done very well.
However, now has come the moment of truth, and I need to replace the whole system.
I have a 1995 XJ600S with lower fairing, givi rack and luggage.
Can anyone recommend a complete replacement system? I'm not averse to a 4-1 in place of the original 4-2, but it shouldn't foul the luggage if at all possible.
I tried contacting Delkevic to see if their 4-1 system (which seemed to be raked up at quite an angle) would foul the luggage and I got some half-arsed reply which seemed to convey that they couldn't give a toss.
I'd really appreciate your input, as this is the first time I've ever replaced an exhaust system and I'd like to get it right. Thanks everyone.

Not sure about Delkevic, but with the Nexxus 4-1, you have to make a small bracket or plate to lower the angle of the silencer so it doesn't melt your pannier. image stolen without permission from the old site
