For the short version scroll down to the bold.
Well, upon deciding im going to keep the Divvy (after realising it's going to be alot cheaper to run than the 400cc alternatives) I'm wanting to sort out the minor niggles i have with the bike.
So far i've gotten round to upgrating the fork oil and have finally managed to adjust the rear shock to give a much firmer ride (the setting was previously on '4' so i took it upto '9' and then rode it until i settled on '7'). Thats my suspension sorted for now.
Next came the grips, the heated grips would twist around after a while when warm so i took them off and added some tape underneath them so they dont move. Grips sorted.
Then the throttle was sticking, this led me to remove a small amount of rubber from between the end of the grip and the bar ends. Sorted.
So now it's onto a couple more little things.
The mirrors on the bike are tatty by my standards. with a bit of plastic chipped off the right hand one and some light rust coming through the powdercoat. Also above 5000 revs or on uneven roads theyre useless due to vibes.
I need a solution.
Im thinking of replacing the mirrors. I have three options IMO:
Can anyone give me any advice on either of the three above based on their experiences?
A simple solution to the vibey standard mirrors would be ideal although i'm liking the sound of the fairing mounted ones myself.

Im thinking of replacing the mirrors. I have three options IMO:
- Fairing mounted mirrors - This requires drilling of the fairing (No going back!)
- Bar end mirrors - They arn't in my direct line of sight so have to tip my head down to see in these.
- Standard mounted mirrors but a different design - I worry these will give me the same problems with regards to the vibes.
Can anyone give me any advice on either of the three above based on their experiences?
