The speedo is lit at night but not the revcounter. Is it simply a case of replacing a bulb, and if so, how awkward is it to do?
Has anyone done this?

It isn't a difficult job, just time consuming to get at. See it as an ooportunity to have a look at the bits (wiring etc) around that are so you can clean up connectors etc. Some people have replaced the bulbs with LEDs as it gives better light and no risk of heat damage.
