Unless you're following Apricot and he leads you down the wrong way and then you pass me in the opposite direction.....then yes...I will be straining to see you in the rear view mirrors...hehehehe!

Postcombe Route Practice - Sunday 11th March ************** Trip Report ************* It was a cold start, as I headed out. But after leaving a nice big fat tyre mark across the sodden front lawn, I headed off for the start. Rode through quite a heavy fog half the way. This cleared later though. Paced a Green K reg 600s along the South Oxford ring road doing over 95! Loony went straight on my turn right towards the M40. (We nodded - Was it you ). A pleasant ride along the A40 then M40, then A40 again saw me arrive somewhat early at the Dashwood Arms. Never mind, it was nice & dry so I went off for a little pootle around the area. Returning to the Dashwood for 08:10hours, I settled down to wait for the Run Leaders to arrive. Bit tardy, I thought, when at 08:25 they hadn't shown. Still, I wasn't too fussed. 08:40 arrived & I was beginning to consider Fiasco as just plain rude! So I got the phone out to send him a stroppy text. Deserved it, too, I reckoned . Checked the date on the phone before hitting'send'. I had arrived one week & 5 minutes early. Decided not to wait any longer. Went home via Fox's. It rained. The End.

Poor old Martin. These things tend to happen as you get older. When senility has REALLY progressed you purchase a Fazer.......then get rid of it and start turning up to meets a week early....... Shall we have a whip round? ;D "Unless you're following Apricot and he leads you down the wrong way "Don't you lot appreciate my scenic diversions then? Ady (Bored, wanted a ride today!)

Martin You don't need a new watch, just a new calendar mate. Hopefully will see you next Sunday. Your route to the Dashwood will take you very close to my house - we could meet up on the way down if you like. Then, if you happen to turn up a couple of days early, you won't have to go all the way to Wycombe

Probably not Mate ! The first stop is only 45mins to an hour away though, or the Rose will probably be open if you want to pop in there on the way through. Dave ;D

Sounds ok to me Jools Mark so if the weather is bad for sailing, you will be with us then? Yeah, but if it's stormy enough that I can't sail I'm not sure I'll want to be up at the crack of dawn and out on a bike!
