£96 for the 1250 bandit and £130 for the 1200 bandit fully comp with full breakdown cover and legal assist thrown in.
Carol nash and Bennetts wanted £254 just for the 1200. didn't even bother to ask about the 1250.

try asking about fully comp next time. I did and found it was only £10 more.
When my brother asked about fully comp he was quoted £30 less than TPFT, now work that one out

Think you have to hit about 250.They only did it to encourage people to post - it's an embarassment being tagged as a tractor driver, ain't it ?

Chris,
I'll be paddling around on a diversion for quite some time too, so you won't be alone.
I doubt either of my divvies will be finding new owners, looks like I'll be running them until they are beyond reasonable repair.
Why? well firstly I like my divvies, secondly they are costing me enough to insure as it is without moving to anything bigger, faster or newer
Over £350 a year for both bikes (one policy), fully comp with roadside assistance, over 10 years no claims, full clean licence held for over 10 years and yes thats the cheapest quote I can get that ensures Small Satan (AKA Doozer) is covered for regular pillion travel (although that is not the main reason my insurance is so high).

Shouldn`t that read £130 for the B12 and an extra £96 ontop to add the B1250 other wise the B1250 would be the cheapest ltr plus bike to insure. Oh and you will need to clear 250 posts to loose the Hog tag ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D But then again you seem to like those hogs in ya posts so may extend it to 500 just for you.

I've been a forklift driver - it's the only licence I've got apart from a bike one .... and it can be fun (in the snow on a diesel coventry climax..) but the remuneration is pitiful.
