Sent the teamset off to Cardo in the U.S.A on the 17th nov, received emails from their support team saying they had recieved it, tested it an were sending me a new unit. The new unit turned up today (2nd dec) I thought that was pretty good 16 day turn around considering the unit had to go from Australia to Pittsburgh in the U.S.A. get checked out, replaced then sent back to Australia. Did they say what the problem was, or just replace the unit?

The support unit said its' their policy to replace the units and not to repair them, I asked if they knew what caused the problem but they didn't say. Cheers Ian
