Couple of pics of the crash bungs. As you can see I went with the grooves and added an end cap which is held in place with a hidded cap screw. If you want a set they will be £30 including the extra length cap screws ( they cost £6 alone ) and will be ready for the Scotland run. Hope you like. Paul

They look good.What have you made 'em from ? are the screws grade 10 ?. Wish I still worked at a place that had a machine shop - haven't even got a lathe now.I made some crash bungs for me YPVS back in the days when they didn't exist.Made them from duplex stainless with polyacetal facings for added sliding performance. Unfortunately, the whole chassis on a YPVS is made of spaghetti, and there's nothing man enough to mount them from.When I did stack it, the bungs came out undamaged.... rest of the bike wasn't so lucky
