I bought a Cardo teamset back in Feb this year and of late I have been having trouble with it, it seems to have a mind of its' own. The riders unit sometimes turns its' self and a couple of times I haven't been able to turn the unit off and have had to just let it go flat, when it was recharged it worked fine. And occasionally when using the unit one cant understand the other person its' like a radio stain thats not on the station properly.I contacted the dealer I bought the unit from and he was helpfull, he gave me the option of sending it back to him and he would send it to Cardo in the U.S.A. or I could deal with Cardo direct. This is the option I took And I am starting to regret this decision,Cardo has been very slow in responding to my emails they have said its a warranty issue and I m now in the process of organizing to send the unit to them. Has anyone had any experiences with dealings with Cardo? Cheers Ian
