Short answer you cant get them, there is no linkage to shorten, the only way it can be done is a new longer rear shock from Hagon, or modifying the swingarm shock mounts, if its to quicken the steering then the front forks can be slid through thre clamps easly, though dont do much more than 10mm

Is the bike not quick-steering enough for you already? I'd be more worried about the tendency the bike already has to wobble the front end getting (much) worse

Dont do it. !!!
The Divvie already has that gentle wibbly wobble at about 40mph. Jacking up the back could cause a pot hole to set off a proper tank slapper.
