When we were fitting a topbox recently and had the side panels off, we noticed that the fuel overflow tube was taped to the side bar so it runs almost horizontal. Is that normal? Doesn't seem right to me but then what do I know   |

hi, the fuel overflow pipe on my d900 goes straight down & exits behind the engine to the left, so if fuel does flow out while i'm riding it doesn't go onto the rear wheel. hopes this helps you.

It's a status symbol to have a fuel overflow pipe which works  Thanks Ray, I think we have to reset mine so it goes down not along! |
