hi my name is will i have got a Yamaha diversion 600 and water has gone in to the tank and becasue i did not know this at the time i started it it ran for a bit then cut out so i checked the Petrel tank and seemed ok then i pulled of the Petrel pipe and thats when i found that there was water in there i think its gone thou to the karbs how do i sort this out so i can get it running again i know that i have to emty the tank and the same to the karbs is this all i need to do problem number 2 i would like someones help i need to change the Front fook seal's on the same bike i know that i need to change both but how do i get the seal's off to start with if any one can help with this it would mean a lot thanks will

Drain off all the pipes and the carb float chambers. The float chambers have individual drains on them - you can attach a flexible pipe to the stub. See Haynes for details. Then it may be a good idea to re-prime with petrol and drain off again to make sure all the water's out.
It shouldn't have done any damage to the engine, so long as you sort it out fairly quickly and don't leave time for anything inside to go rusty.
Likewise, front fork seals are dealt with in Haynes, or better still use Reaper's DVD (I'm pretty certain that covers it). There have also been some threads on here (look back a month or two) about making up a tool to hold the bottom damper nut.
