hi guys recently bought a 600 diversion ,but find on tick over engine is very noisey or rattles a lot ,if you pull in the clutch engine goes quite can anyone advise ,thank you justpurple.

Hi justpurple, welcome to the divvy club. I think that the 600's do suffer from a clutch rattle which is probably what you can hear,not to sure if there is a cure,but i expect someone with more knowledge than me will be along at some point. Hope this helps you.

all the clutch is doing when pulled in is seperating the plates, so a possible rattly clutch basket with weak springs maybe, and there is a fix gfor a certain rattle that involves a 5.5mm drill bit cut down to size for a locator pin on the oil pump or summit, never had to do one meself, but someone would have
