First off Hi everyone newby here, My XJ was my first big bike and i love it.
However i managed to snap the C clamp which holds the mirror on the right hand side of the bars.
So im after the right hand side C clamp that includes the mount for the mirror that holds the switch gear onto the bars. The bike is a Yamaha 1998 XJ600n
Does anyone know where i can get hold of this other than breakers which are being next to useless....
Regards
Rich

Hiya,
I wouldnt bother faffing around with breakers...
I just got a new one from my local bike shop, they had to order it from yamaha and it took a couple of days to arrive but it was only £9.15
Yamaha part number:- 3YX-25867-00
Hope that helps.

btw am I being dim (again) or would it not make more sense for this mirror mount to have an normal thread ?? ie tightens in a clockwise direction.... that way the wind resistance actually holds it tight.
These mounts are an anitclockwise thread so in theory the wind is trying to loosen the mirror....
