Booked my 600 Diversion for its MOT with Dimons for Saturday morning. Anyway, it failed on front wheel bearings. This was at 1200 hours and when I went to collect it I asked about them doing the repair as I don't really have the time to do the job. I explained I am away all week and as they shut at 1300 hours could I leave the bike there for a week and also how much would it cost. Well, about 10 quid for the bearings and 20 quid for the work the fellow replies. Hang on he says and asks his mechanic could he do it now even though they were about to shut.
OK, we'll do it he said. 45 minutes later the bike is ready with its MOT So, £28.65 for the MOT and £31 for the parts labour, VAT etc. As I use my bike for the 42 mile round trip to work it was well worth it. It seems like excellent value to me and the service was not only excellent but friendly as well.
I emailed Dimon's to thank them for their service to which they replied, thanking me, as well as telling me that my appreciation was passed on to their staff.

Good to hear there are still some places that go the extra mile to please customers. Word of mouth is a powerful thing, and it's free !
