HiFlo are OK. I found it cheaper to buy via ebay than through the likes of Wemoto for pattern stuff like this but Wemoto are very good and their service is excellent.

well i have just discovered a new bike garage in Glenrothes (Glenrothes Motorcycles, who has been there for 2 years and less than 10 miles from me) in one of the many industial estates Glenrothes has, and they have quoted me for a full service £110 inc vat & labour, so booked in for saturday.
this service he said includes:
new oil and filter (shop only uses silkolene oils) new air filter new spark plugs new brake fluid
check wheel bearings, check/adjust valve clearances, check brake calipers & pads and a few other things were checked as well but i lost track, but seems like a lot of work for £110 all in.
lets hope he doesnt find a 100 other faults that bumps up the price.....

not sure how many of you folks are in my area so i thought would give shop a mention for those that are fairly local.
