I read prior to buying the bike that the brakes weren't up to much. So, it did,'t worry me too much.
Thought I would strip them & clean them.
Both front calipers have one piston that appears to be showing a rubber seal protruding, although no leaks.
Rear cleaned up, but was still binding. So I pumped the pistons out a bit, they're shite also. Come back indoors now, as I'm fed up.
Just looked at Wemoto, s/s piston & seal kit for the front, is £38 per piston!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Rear isn't so bad, don't know whether to try the kit for the rear first, as opposed to buying the piston kit.
Any thoughts anyone, cheaper place to get spares??
