XJ600 headlamp

Hi everybody.
I'm Giovanni from Italy and I have a XJ600.
I want to change the headlamp. Now I have the "square" headlamp, I want to put on the "round" headlamp. I hope you understand my terrible english.
Anyway, I have to remove the "keel" or "hull" (I don't know in english...in italian is "carena"...) and I have to change the gauges.
Can I only change the headlamp or I have to change also the gauges?
Any headlamp is okay or I have to ask the headlamp rounded for the "Yamaha diversion"?

you will have to remove the headlamp bracket which also holds the fairing in place(this is probably the hull that you talk about), you will also find the wiring slightly longer, so putting the wiring into the round headlamp will be a bit of a fiddle, you will then need the headlamp bracket to suite the round lamp before you do anything, you will have to change the clocks to round ones or they will look stupid if you adapt them to fit

lei dovrà togliere la parentesi di fanale che tiene anche il fairing nel luogo (questo è probabilmente il baccello che lei parla circa), lei troverà anche il cablaggio un po'più lungo, dunque colpendo leggermente il cablaggio nel fanale rotondo sarà un pezzetto di un violino, lei avrà poi bisogno della parentesi di fanale alla suite la lampada rotonda prima che lei fa niente, lei dovrà cambiare gli orologi a l'ones o guarderanno stupido se lei li adatta per andare bene

By the way, you can get aftermarket brackets for the round headlamp that slide onto the forks
