 Can anyone help? Back on the old site, someone had a blowing collector box on their divvy, and recommended some sort of paste to put on the hole. I can hear mine a little, so I thought I would look for the thread, but as usual I have failed. Can anyone remember, or recommend a similar product, that will get me through my next MOT? I use CarPlan exhaust repair paste. About £1.75 for a 250g tub from car accessory shops. Does the job for me. (It's thicker than the CarPlan fire putty - which is more for assembling exhausts rather than filling holes.)

Unfortunately, it's one of the few auto-related products I canna get for nowt.
If you do, however, want some assembly paste (like fire putty but much better) - I'll happily supply a tube compliments of Herr Wurth.

So is this magic paste something to protect your lips? Stop them getting burnt?
Dunno about blowing collector boxes, but I did read an article about some bloke who was giving his car one up the exhaust pipe! ;D
