Forget my last post.
If you go to your profile and modify profile you can set your time zone to observe daylight savings time, this works instantly.
Sadly I can't do this for everyone as it would take me all evening (possibly even all week, there are over 300 members now), but if anyone is having trouble let me know and I'll sort it for you.
Doof

get down off your crazy soapbox, teejay. We're all europeans.... even you uppity bleedin northerners. Just remember where the modern English language came from..... mostly teutonic / scandinavian, with a lot of french bastardisation after the buggers tricked us in 1066. At least the Taffs, the sweaties and the Micks have the decency to retain a smattering of the original celtic languages eg: Twll Din Pop Saes! (about the most polite thing I know how to say in welsh...) Save a thought for poor Apricot who's far too close to France for comfort.

And if the French had stuck to bu****ing perhaps there wouldn't be so many of the b*****ds making the laws that only we seem to have to adhere to. And as for Apricot, with all this talk of "bums" and him camping over the week-end and derefood about, think he will have enough to occupy his mind( other parts too if he's not careful) trev

You do'nt need to choose CET to adjust your time to BST. Just choose GMT + 0 Then click 'currently observing DST'. OK now? Nowhere near the dreaded CET!

Maybe the admins could change the default so that all new members are automatically set to DST. Hell why do we have to put up with the annoying american name for this? I know UK doesn't have specific titile for the biennial time change Bu**er.
