Got a phonecall off my brother in law this morning.
My Nephew, Aaron David, was born at 8:55am this morning weighing in at 9lb, for two weeks early thats a fair weight.
Mum's releived its all over now (she's had a rough time with her pregnancy) and both are doing well.
First child for both of them, my first nephew and Grandson no2 to my parents.
Welcome to the world Aaron

We've been to see Mum & Baby this evening,
His name is under debate as Mum & Dad can't quite agree, we do know David will be in there somewhere as his Dad is the 7th in a line of Davids. (I suspect my sister will win with Aaron as a first name, but they still have some time to decide for certain).
Both Mum & Baby are doing well considering, but neither had an easy time of it, Mum's suffering a bit from surgery and the shock of having to have an emergency caesarian section, but her spirits are quite high.
I passed on all your congrats, my sister says a big Thankyou.

After last March I thought I was thought of as Mum, lol
26 Mothers Day cards, the memory still makes me smile.
Got 1 this year, thankyou to whoever it was who sent it and thankyou to Roger for ringing Doozer SmallSatan to remind him, he did get me a pressie (all I ask is that he's actually thought about it & remembered, rather than ignore or forget).
Mind you I think I prefer Aunty, less responsibility & you can hand em back when you've had enough, lol

Congratulations. I've got the 2 1/2 year old and a 5 year old female versions. Evertime I try to go to the garage to escape, one of them jumps on my back and the other one jumps on my head and they make me pretend to be horse. It's a hard life but people tell me it gets better after about 25 years.
