I have one on my 600, but it was a sod to fit. The bolt holes didn't align and it took lots of fit, remove & file, fit, remove & file, etc to get it sorted. Looked good when done though.

I have one on my 900, fitted in about 20 minutes and works extremely well. Been on for about 5 years, removed it late last year when I overhauled the swinging arm etc. still as good as the day it was fitted. Certainly buy another ( if the need arose) Ian

Back to the topic of the thread....
I quite fancy a rear hugger myself. I understand they keep your rear end cleaner?
Any recommendations for Fazer huggers? I wouldn't want to have to muck about filing it etc, just a quick, easy installation with a couple of nuts to tighten up would suit me.

Hi Mark
I put a carbon one on my Fazer that I bought from e-bay, can't recall the make off hand.
Had to put stickers on to cover some imperfections on it, so watch out if you buy a second hand one - unless you like cracks!

Hi Fiasco,
I'm not too worried about cracks, as they're usually out of sight, but if the fits not good it can be a right pain in the rear.
Although I've had plenty of practice, I'm still not very proficient with tools, hence why I didn't want to have to do any adjustments myself.
Stickers are a novel idea to conceal cracks. Won't they leave a sticky residue though thats difficult to rub off?

Stickers are very good at hiding flaws, however, i have an aversion to them myself.
