hi, i just came across this forum. never knew it existed untill today, i normally used visor down and BCF. anyway, as with all divvy 600's, the exhaust goes, and you can bodge and patch etc. but there come a time where it becomes un-bodgeable, so i forked out for a new 4-1 nexus system, and theres no real performance increase however, do i need to inform my insurance company of this alteration?

It normally depends on the insurance company. I changed from factory fit luggage to Givi and had to let them know.
Best to tell them. If you don't and have an off then they won't replace the damaged pipe.
