I have to replace my swingrm on my XJ600 because it has been damaged.
I have got a relacement but want to have it shotblasted and powder coated before installing it.
It still has the old bearings in it so need to remove them, how do I do it?
Cheers

Im going to be removing the arm in my bike soo too. For som reason its black ? when all others seem to be silver/grey colour. I am going to inspect the bushes. I would say to remove you would need to put somthing in from the other side and tap them out.thats if they are not knackered and have seized in,then its a case of either heating them or a bearing press.
