Sorry to bother you guys.I have a 600 divvy and the indicators are going way to fast.I was told it maybe the bulbs in aftermarket back Indicators,So i Changed them back.However this has solved nothing.Could this be the relay itself.

Are the bulbs the correct wattage, and do they go too fast for both left and right? Blinking too fast indicates that a the current draw on the relay isn't correct - hence the question.

Hello sorry for the late reply.A friend said it maybe the wattage. I have 12v 10w bulbs in is this any help.

It is also the same on both sides.

Hi Martin,
My bulbs are 12v/21w and this is how it should be. Assuming yours have always flashed too fast, change your bulbs for 21w ones before worrying about anything else. (Even one lower-wattage one on each side will cause them to flash too fast.)
Original user manual confirms 21w.
