Hello, Trying to renovate a recently aquired XJ900S Diversion, noticed one of the front brake caliper slide bolts is missing and i cant find one online anywhere ! I can find the rubber sleeve, but not the bolt, can anyone advise an equivalent ?
Many thanks

Yamaha don’t sell them separately, but they do include one if you buy a whole new caliper 😲.
I don’t know of a replacement but apparently someone has in the past taken a regular bolt of the right thread pitch & machined it down to fit.
Else it’s waiting around to see if one comes up secondhand online, or trying a breakers yard.

Thanks for the advice guys, much appreciated Yeah, it appears that the pin isn't sold seperately, just as i feared. I checked on Ebay as Padster suggested, but i cant find it? I've looked at everything that Yamrider50 is selling and a front brake caliper pin isnt listed, only carier sliding pivot pins which look nothing like the bolt that i'm after. However, i've found a bolt from another bike which looks identical - www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-xvs650a-2000-5bnn-holland-105bn-300e2_model40868/pinlock_3yx2592600/Attachments:

If that one does not fit I have found a spare from some old calipers you can have.

Many thanks Padster, that's very kind of you to offer, but the pin delivered from CMS is a perfect match
