Sitting on night shift (quiet tonight) looking through 'stuff' and realised it's been nearly a year since joining this forum. As testimony to the reliability of the 900D, I haven't needed to use any of the assembled expertise but realise I never put up picture of the finished project. Attachments:

Nice one. It's a well known fact that red ones are the fastest.

They don't fly very well though Haha, I remember that day, watching you and the bike take flight. As I recall the thing you were most concerned about was the SAT NAV. It was a day for accidents, 3 if my memory serves me right.

I remember that day as well. I was just in front of Ian's accident and spent all the time to the next stop thinking I was going so fast that Reaper hadn't come past me. I should have known better really.

Pooh was directly in front of me ... he heard a noise, looked in his mirrors and saw me doing a bad impersonation of Superman, followed by an explosion of bike bits. 😲
If I'd been hooning it then I'd have deserved everything I got, but I wasn't - I just drifted slightly wide and hit the scrabbly stuff at the side of the road. This made the front wheel fold so I reacted and went off-road to keep it upright. Problem was there was a grass bank with a dry-stone wall in front of me so I had to do a "wall of death" to avoid hitting it. This I succeeded in doing but was then faced with a grass hump causing me to do an Evil Knievel jump - again successfully completed. What "did" for me was the mound of road resurfacing cast-off - my front wheel went up it, back wheel hit it and the bike then did a forward somersault, launching me Superman-stylee.
In some ways I was lucky - I landed in a muddy puddle some 30' away. 2' either side of me was a concrete road and a concrete plinth (for sewer access or similar).
Oh happy days! 😂
And yes - I was one of 3 accidents that day, but mine was the only one "self" inflicted.
