Hi guys, Im using a Oxford Bike 3 system at the moment, but it's starting to play up. So I'm looking at replacing it with a Cardo team set, has anyone used or know anything about the Teamset. Cheers Ian.

I have the single version which i use with my phone. I have rang people using it (while on the motorway at 70 ) and they couldnt even tell I was on the bike. I believe the new ones have 2 speakers too? which would be beneficial, dont have too much problems with mine but sometimes you have to get the other person to repeat what they said. Would highly recomend if they are as good as the single version. If I had the money I'd have brought a set ages ago. Hope this is some help. Peter

I bought a team set and have been using it for a while, while I have found the blue tooth for my Mobile phone brilliant. But the communication with the pillion I've found average, I have to admit my hearing is not the greatest so once the bike gets up to 90-100kph I have a lot of trouble understanding the pillion(she says its selective) I am still playing around with the position of the speakers in the helmet at this stage to try and get it at it's optimum. Cheers Ian

Maybe it's the positioning of the pillion microphone?

Mine works fine with mobile phone, but find it difficult to switch intercom on using vox , when it is on seems a bit quite, not like when I get a phone call which it quite loud.

I had the same problem, so I don't bother to use the vox when I have a pillion, just when I'm solo and have the unit on for my mobile phone. We have been on rides that have gone for eight hours thats including stopping for breaks , which meant that we switched the team sets off, the batteries didn't go flat having the units on all the time which was good. But I have found that you need to have speakers as close to your ears as you can, to make the conversation with the pillion louder and clearer. The same with the microphone, it seems to move around a bit so for me I needed to use some double sided tape to stop it from moving around. Its been a bit of fiddling a round but it is working a lot better now than when I first installed it . Cheers Ian
