I see Halfords are doing the Garmin Zumo for £350. I think that's the cheapest I've seen.

I've just ordered a Zumo 550 form a place in Manchester (http://www.globalgizmos.co.uk/) priced at £397 inc vat and delivery.
Hoping to get it tomorrow. The chap was nice, and although they didn't sell the traffic reciever device, he was about to discuss with thier supplier about offering a bundle with the TMC reciever included - and cause I asked him he said he'd sell it to me at a later date as if it were included in the bundle price!
I'll report back when I get it in my hands.

Well, it arrived next day.
All the kit was included - bike mounting, and car mounting. All european maps installed on the device itself.
Was the cheapest price I could find it anywhere.

I was thinking of ordering one from globalgismos so it's good to know that they seem to be reliable.
Am I right in thinking that the 550 has an audio output socket so I can run the spoken instructions through my Starcom unit rather than via Bluetooth?

The audio ports are located on the mounts for the device (550 comes with car and bike mounts). There is is a standard audio out jack and a 2.5mm port for a microphone.
Give them a ring, they are pretty helpfull. Tell them I sent you as well, I told em I was putting this up on here - more of an incentive to stay cheap...

I have bought a Zumo 550 direct from Amazon for £350. Could have got it cheaper from a firm in Herts (for £332 I think) but they'd run out and weren't able to say when they'd have it in stock. Only tried it in car so far but quite impressed.
