Hiya, tried using an mp3 player on the bike for the first time the other day so couple of questions now ;D firstly what headphones do you guys use ?? I was using the crappy "bud??" type that come with the mp3 player, within 10 mins my ears were getting sore where the crash-lid was pressing them into my ears. secondly how do you adjust the volume while on the move ?? In order for it to be loud enough to hear while at speed I am deafened in a 30 limit Do you guys have some sort of volume adjuster that you can use on the move ?? cheers Adbru

Amprider plug mp3 player in, boosts volume and has a remote volume adjuster www.electric-avenues.com/earphones you can buy a set off flat speakers, but the best are custom made in ear phones as they are very comfortable, but i have used Koss in ear phones bought off ebay

Cheers Ian,
I remember you mentioned these before but couldnt find it ;D
Is it the bike one you have ?? if so does it give "priority" for any particular channel ??
ie if your listening to music and the satnav shouts does it mute the music or do they both fight over one another ??
Also how much are they as he has 4 of the pa2va on ebay but none of the amplirider ??
ta muchly

no priority, they both fight to be heard, dont remember the cost, but mail him from his site and he will tell you, they do come with a lifetime warranty, which he does honour, they are from canada, but are cheap for what you get, i found the cable to the remote volume knob a bit short, but you can extend it using a bit of cat5 cable(i have pleanty if you need some)
