Nice bike Neil. How long you had it? Cos I don't think I have seen the Trumpet in the flesh. Which bike next? Or have you already got it?

No, someone relatively local, t'other side o't bridge on FB Marketplace. TBH, it had everything but the kitchen sink on it and it was presented in my usual fashion. First to see did actually buy - and it's going to a good home. Twas a great travel bike, pulls smoothly from 20mph in 6th up to vMax, but..... It's a top heavy adventure bike when fully loaded, with a sportsbike engine in it - having had a Guzzi, I missed the tractor like low end torque, relaxed shove and low slung weight. Enjoyed it, but never gelled with it on an emotional level. The D9 was a better bike than the Tiger imho, not as versatile I admit, but more appealing. More soul. Looking forward to getting my next Guzzi-fix on the 9th hopefully.
