balanced the carbs on my 900 the other day, 1, 2, 3 al all good but no 4 gives no change with turning screws, before I start a stripdown would anyone have an idea of why may be wrong?

i would say you are not doing it correctly, nornall carb # 2 is the base carb and you match the other 3 to #2, are you talking about the Air/pilot screw settings,,
i know this is an older post and i really hope you have it soreted already
