Ello again campers!! Still being bamboozled by my XJ900 Diversion not starting/turning over/cranking. Fitted a new solenoid, metered it and have 12volts across the main terminals. Taken the switchgear apart, cleaned it, tested it with a meter and refitted it. Taken the sidestand switch off, cleaned it, metered it, refitted it. Pulled all visible fuses out, cleaned them up and refitted them. Decided to pull the main relay out and see what ive got going on; Top of plug from L to R Blue/Purple wire - 0volts Red/Black wire - 12volts Blue/White wire - 0volts Green/Purple wire - 3.10volts Red/Blue wire - 0volts Bottom of plug from L to R Blue/Black wire - 0volts Blue/Yellow wire - 0volts Light Blue wire - 12volts Black/Yellow wire - 0volts Black/white wire - 0volts Black/Purple wire - 2.0volts So, before spending money on a new main relay, does it look like its the problem? Thanks.

Ok, so a bit of an update.
I've managed to get the engine to crank, but no sign of a spark at any of the plugs.
Ive bought and fitted a replacement cdi, to no avail.
When I checked voltages on the main relay, something doesn't seem right.
With the ignition on, and the kill switch in the live position, i've got the following;
Red/Blue - 12v Green/Pink - 12v Blue/White - 12v Red/Black - 12v Blue/Red - 12v Black/Purple - 12v Black - 12v Black/Yellow - 0v Light Blue - 0v Blue/Yellow - 0v Blue/Black - 0v
Now I've bought and fitted a replacement relay, but both relays are reading the same.
Shouldn't the wires that are showing 0v be live?
Surely the Blue/Black which is the fuel pump should have 12v when the ignition is on and the kill switch is live?
Any help anyone? Thanks
