Hi all, Its time for new tyres, I am having trouble removing the rear wheel, everything is undone, caliper out of the way, the wheel does not seem to want to come off the splines. Any tips?
Thanks

You've undone the axle nut, withdrawn the axle? Usually some rocking side-to side movement will release the wheel if its a bit reluctant.

With car wheels, if they are reluctant to come off after taking off the wheel nuts, you can usually free them by driving (carefully) forwards and backwards (with the wheel nuts in place but loosened, of course). Similar shock treatment might work on the D9? Though obviously in the absence of a reverse gear, maybe the same effect could be obtained by running the bike in 1st gear on the centre stand and using the throttle and brake to apply reverse torque.
*Disclaimer - You try this at your own risk. I take no responsibility whatsoever for damage, injury or any other consequences. But if it does all go pear shaped, make sure to post the video on YouTube.

Hi All, All sorted, just needed a thump with my knee to release, all refitted much easier than removal. Back on the road and loving the new tyres.
Cheers
