Hi, i'm needing some Oil Cooler pipes for my Diversion 900. Its an M reg. Got some of E-Bay, but they don't fit. So not sure if there are different sizes/fits?
Not willing to pay the £240 new price for a pair!
Whats out there?
Thanks

cut the flexies off the originals, flare the ends of the hard lines a little, fit some 10mm (internal) rubber fuel hose between the two and bob's your cool lubed auntie..

Thanks Boy Racer, i'm mechanically inept, so garage is doing this for me. They have tried similar to your suggestion, but pipes not sealing and still leaking.

Based in kendal.
The garage have been great, really good guys and tried loads of stuff but the pipes keep creasing so can't get a good seal. Old bike with lots of miles on it leads to old knackered kit!

Take the oil cooler off. crimp and braize the feed and return pipes from the oil filter housing.
They run perfectly ok without them. Mine has done 9,000 miles like this. The guy who did it said he had done one before and had done 30,000 miles since.
