Hello to all Yamaha users-hope your ride is going well these days.... My Question to all out there if anyone knows!?, I have upgraded my front brakes to YZF1000 R Thunderace 96-98 Blue spot calipers. Question is, does anyone know of any yamaha wavy disc that would fit my bike?... Nothings been modified to the front end just upgraded the front brakes, forks wheel etc, all the same, I know you can just use the normal round ones, just wondering if anyone knows if a wavy 1 could fit!?and if any where to get, and if so be nice to know any info on this, nice 1 if U can and still a nice 1 if you can't... Many Thanks, and ride well and stay safe 😉

Hi - To be honest, you don't see too many places offering wavy fronts for the D9! Maybe someone will show me up with a long list soon

Ah you never know, lol, did noticed on eBay there was before 94, asked them but no luck!,but if you do hear, be Grateful for the feedback, got the D9 the other year, lovely bike to travel on,even with the good vibrations, lol, with the rectangle rubber that sits under the tank,I purchased another, mistaking thinking it would go above, realised there was 1 there underneath, oops, but I placed that on top, seat still fits, least the crown jewels ain't so numb now lol... Today also, I put some pushbike inner rim rubber, cut it too shape, fitted it too the handlebar fixture, feels alot less vibe, need to go on a longer run too see if it cuts out the numb feeling on fingers, apart from that, love my D9... Wouldn't change her for the world my Bumble-bee, her nickname, was already named this!?, she was traded in for another bike with the person I got her from, but sad to say last owner never gave her the love or maybe, could only ride into the ground and not loved!?, which since day 1 I have been doing so. Still alot more to do, can't wait for the summer will send pic 1 day anyways folks ride true and ride safe.... Chow...
