Hi all new here. I have a divvy which was only firing on 3. I done everything you would do. Changed coil. Changed carbs. Changed plug. No change. So I though it must be valve or something in there. Got another engine fitted it today and started up still running on same 3. New rubbers in between carbs and head as well.w hat could this possibly be as pulling my hair out now

Swap the 2 coils over & check if the problem cylinder changes. (Unless you changed both of course).

Firstly welcome, are you sure the HT lead is OK to that plug/ cylinder?
apart from that you have obviously covered the bases but maybe someone else on here can cast more light on the problem.
Good luck hope you get it resolved you have posted on the right sight herein.
