Soundsas if it's been bodged by a previous owner (anyone here want to own up?) I'd say your best bet, rather than trying to mend it, is either to find a decent secondhand one or, failing that, get an aftermarket pair. A few years ago I fitted a pair of Hein Gericke indicators to a Fazer, which has similar mountings to the Diversion. They were these, or something very similar: www.hein-gericke.co.uk/technical/specific-vehicle-parts/indicator/hein-gericke-halogen-blinker-set-classic-40mm-schwarz.htmlYou may need filler pieces, which they also supply. If you're tempted to go for LED ones instead, remember you'll also need either resistor packs or a new flasher unit to keep the same flash rate.
