Reading your other post, & viewing your facebook vid of the bike: The symptom of it being occasional, one side, & the fact that the brake lines look like the original rubber ones, my money is on the breakdown of the internal lining of the brakelines leading to occasional blockage giving rise to the locking.
So before investing on calipers, replace the brake lines.
(Apologies if you have already replaced the lines & the problem still remains. If so, do say.)
