hi everyone, just bought a monorack 3 with plate and went to fit today and my bike frame does not have the fittings for the end bolts, but I have another diversion that has them fitted.. any ideas on getting them out, or where I can buy them. Thanks

Thanks common trick is to use a rawlbolt instead, if you mean the fixings into the end of the rear frame?

I seem to remember having to do a fair bit of reaming out on mine to remove excess weld material from the bore of the tube, before the expanding bolts would fit. But I was using the genuine Givi bolts.

well I have another divi 900 im putting together and that has the parts I need, must have had a rear rack on before.. I just gota get them out to fit to mine.. was thinking some kind of slide hammer to pull the threaded cylinder out from the frame or a puller? failing all that.. fill it with a bit of broom handle drill a hole through it.. nut on the end then bolt it in.. as its only to weight support after all!...

I have successfully used rawlbolts in the past to retain a wingrack.
I used m10 bolts iirc.

I used two wine bottle corks with bolts super glued into them and rammed them into the frame ends with more super glue around the corks.
